Sport Horse Alchemist is not a replacement for veterinarian intervention and treatment.  The intention of Sport Horse Alchemist is to provide wellness products for horse and rider. Always consult with your veterinarian before choosing using a new product.

Sport Horse Alchemist products are not approved by the FDA.  Always test patch a small area before full use.

Once your order leaves our apothecary and is with the shipping carrier, it's officially on its journey to you! While I wish I could personally delivery every package, I am not able to control what happens to it in transit.  If the package is delayed, getting in contact with the mail carrier is the best option.  I cannot replace the order if it delayed.  If your order is damaged or officially lost, then I will file a claim and replace your order.  Thank you for your understanding.
